If your family is subscribed to an enrollment plan and fails to make a payment, your account will be suspended. Sometimes, families choose to take the summer months off of studies and simply stop paying their subscription fees during those months without communicating with me (not recommended). As I have no way to know what a family's plans are unless they tell me, I suspend LMS accounts until subscription payments are resumed or I learn that a student is no longer studying.
If you find your account suspended (unable to log in), simply contact me and we'll re-activate your account. Don't worry--no information is lost and accounts are not deleted.
